Recognition of statutory wills made by non-Queensland resident
33Y Recognition of statutory wills made by non-Queensland resident
(1) A statutory will made under the law of the place outside Queensland where
a deceased person was resident at the time the statutory will was executed is
a valid will of the person.
(2) In this section—
"statutory will" means a will executed in accordance with a statutory
provision on behalf of a person who, at the time the will was executed, did
not have testamentary capacity.
