Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsFor the purpose of enabling a local body to undertake works and to borrow money to comply with a regulation made under section 100 and directed to it the undertaking of works as directed by the regulation shall be deemed to be a function of that local body under the Act under which the local body is appointed or constituted and, in the case of a local body that is a local government, shall be deemed to be a function of local government.
