Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA writing purporting to be a certificate of the Coordinator-General that land therein specified and taken or acquired by the Coordinator-General under this Act was, at the time of its taking or acquisition, required by the Coordinator-General or by any person, instrumentality, or local body for a purpose therein specified shall be admissible in any proceeding as conclusive evidence of the matters contained therein.
