Services of technical advisers
16 Services of technical advisers
(1) The Coordinator-General may obtain or retain the advice or services of
such technical advisers as the Coordinator-General considers necessary for the
proper performance by the Coordinator-General of his or her functions and the
proper exercise by the Coordinator-General of his or her powers.
(2)
Remuneration in respect of such advice or services shall be such as is
approved by the Minister.
