Existing approvals for the use of land in State development area
177 Existing approvals for the use of land in State development area
(1) This section applies to an approval under section 84 (4) (b) for the use
of land in a State development area if the approval was granted before the
commencement of this section.
(2) Section 84A applies to the approval.
(3)
However, for applying section 84A (3) the approval is taken to have taken
effect only when this section commenced.
