Requirement for Coordinator-General to advise registrar of titles
185 Requirement for Coordinator-General to advise registrar of titles
(1) This section applies if land vests in the Coordinator-General under the
Reconstruction Act, section 131 .
(2) As soon as practicable after the land
vests in the Coordinator-General, the Coordinator-General must give written
notice of the vesting to the registrar of titles.
(3) On receiving the
notice, the registrar of titles must record in the freehold land register that
the land has vested in the Coordinator-General.
