193 Existing requests for Coordinator-General’s approval of use of land for
s 84(4)(b)
(1) This section applies if a person made a request to the Coordinator-General
for the Coordinator-General’s approval for a use of land under section 84
(4) (b) before the commencement.
(2) The request must be decided as if the
amending Act had not been enacted.
