45 Application of Coordinator-General’s report to proposed mining lease
(1) The Coordinator-General’s report for the EIS or IAR for the project may
state conditions (
"Coordinator-General’s conditions" ) for the proposed mining lease.
(2) If
Coordinator-General’s conditions are included in the report— (a) the
Coordinator-General must give the MRA Minister a copy of the report; and
(b)
the conditions of the proposed mining lease are taken to include the
Coordinator-General’s conditions.
