Application of Coordinator-General’s report to proposed lease
49E Application of Coordinator-General’s report to proposed lease
(1) The Coordinator-General’s report for the EIS or IAR for the project may
state conditions for the proposed lease.
(2) If conditions under subsection
(1) are included in the report, the Coordinator-General must give the Minister
of the department in which the Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2009 is administered
a copy of the report.
