Notice of decision
76Q Notice of decision
(1) The Coordinator-General must give written notice of the
Coordinator-General’s decision under section 76O about the prescribed
decision or process to— (a) the applicant and decision maker for the
prescribed decision or process; and
(b) each entity nominated by the
Coordinator-General to have jurisdiction for a condition in relation to the
prescribed decision or process.
(2) The Coordinator-General must also give
written notice of the Coordinator-General’s decision about the prescribed
decision to the relevant local government for the decision, if— (a) the
prescribed decision is a decision on an application for a development approval
or a change application for a development approval; and
(b) the
relevant local government is not the decision maker for the prescribed
decision.
(3) A notice under this section must include— (a) the reasons for
the Coordinator-General’s decision; and
(b) the conditions, if any, imposed
under section 76O (2) in relation to the decision.
