Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsAs soon as practicable after the declaration of a State development area the Coordinator-General shall prepare in relation to that area a development scheme and shall furnish it to the Minister who, if the Minister approves of it, shall submit the same to the Governor in Council for the Governor in Council’s approval.
