Deciding claims for compensation
90 Deciding claims for compensation
(1) The Coordinator-General must decide the claim for compensation within 60
business days after the day the claim is made.
(2) In deciding the claim for
compensation, the Coordinator-General must— (a) grant all of the claim; or
(b) grant part of the claim and reject the rest of the claim; or
(c) refuse
all of the claim.
(3) However, the Coordinator-General may decide the claim
by giving a notice of intention to resume the interest in the land under
section 82 .
