19F Meaning of sell for division
(1) This section applies for the application, to this division, of the
definition
"sell" in the dictionary.
(2) A person does not keep or expose for sale or
offer to sell a controlled item to a minor only because the person keeps or
exposes for sale or offers to sell controlled items to the public generally.
