108I Additional powers under an immobilisation warrant
(1) For the purpose of enforcing an immobilisation warrant for a vehicle, an
enforcement officer may also— (a) enter and re-enter a public place; and
(b) enter and re-enter premises occupied by the enforcement debtor, without
the enforcement debtor’s consent; and
(c) enter and re-enter premises,
other than premises mentioned in paragraph (b) , with the consent of the
occupier of the premises; and
(d) do anything else reasonably necessary to
immobilise the vehicle.
(2) However, an enforcement officer may, under
subsection (1) (b) , enter a part of any premises used only for residential
purposes only if the occupier consents to the entry or entry is authorised
under an immobilisation search warrant.
(3) In this section—
"public place" means a place that is open to or used by the public, whether or
not on payment of a fee.
