STATE PENALTIES ENFORCEMENT ACT 1999 - SECT 108N
Immobilisation notice
(1) As soon as practicable after immobilising a vehicle under an
immobilisation warrant, an enforcement officer must attach a notice (
"immobilisation notice" ) to a prominent place on the vehicle, for example,
the windscreen of a motor vehicle.
(2) The immobilisation notice must be in
the approved form.
