Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIf another State has laws providing for the enforcement in that State of a Queensland fine, the Governor in Council may, under a regulation, declare a court that exercises criminal jurisdiction in the other State to be a reciprocating court for this Act.
