STATE PENALTIES ENFORCEMENT ACT 1999 - SECT 149
Enforcement costs
(1) An
"enforcement cost" is a cost that— (a) is reasonably incurred by SPER in
taking a step for the purpose of enforcing payment of a fine, penalty or
another amount under this Act; and
(b) is of a type prescribed by regulation.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1) (a) , a cost is incurred by SPER in taking
a step if the cost becomes payable by SPER to another entity for taking the
step.
