STATE PENALTIES ENFORCEMENT ACT 1999 - SECT 160

160 Delegation by administering authority

An administering authority, or the chief executive officer of an administering authority, may delegate its functions and powers under this Act, or its functions and powers under another Act as an administering authority, to an appropriately qualified person.
