TOBACCO AND OTHER SMOKING PRODUCTS ACT 1998 - SECT 26VB

26VB Person must not smoke in motor vehicle being used for business use if anyone else in the vehicle

A person must not smoke in a motor vehicle if—

(a) the vehicle is on a road or road-related area; and

(b) the vehicle is being used for business use; and

(c) another person is in the vehicle.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
