TOBACCO AND OTHER SMOKING PRODUCTS ACT 1998 - SECT 26ZD

26ZD Person must not smoke within government precinct

(1) A person must not smoke within a government precinct.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.

(2) In this section—

"government precinct" means land—

(a) adjoining a building occupied by—

(i) the State; or

(ii) the Legislative Assembly; or

(iii) a court or tribunal; or

(iv) an entity that represents the State; or

(v) another entity established by an Act; and

(b) prescribed by regulation.
