110 Definition for ch 11

In this chapter—

"relevant transport legislation" means—

(a) this Act; or
(b) the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 , chapter 14 ; or
(c) a regulation in relation to a railway made under the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 .
