Uniforms for transit officers
113A Uniforms for transit officers
(1) The chief executive must issue a uniform to each transit officer.
(2) A
person who ceases to be a transit officer must, as soon as practicable, return
the uniform to the chief executive unless the person has a reasonable excuse
for not returning it. Penalty— Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —10
penalty units.
