126GA Purpose of pt 3A
(1) The purpose of this part is to provide for further powers of authorised
persons in relation to matters relating to the transport of dangerous goods.
(2) This part does not limit other powers of an authorised person under this
Act or the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 , chapter 14 .
