TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (PASSENGER TRANSPORT) ACT 1994 - SECT 143AE
Interfering with public transport infrastructure, service, vehicle or equipment
143AE Interfering with public transport infrastructure, service, vehicle or
equipment
(1) A person must not wilfully and unlawfully interfere with public transport
infrastructure or a public passenger service, public passenger vehicle or
service equipment. Penalty— Maximum penalty—40 penalty units or 6
months imprisonment.
(2) In this section—
"interfere with" means damage, deface or otherwise improperly interfere with.
"vehicle" includes the vehicle’s equipment.
