TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (PASSENGER TRANSPORT) ACT 1994 - SECT 185
Provision for s 67B
185 Provision for s 67B
(1) A declaration made under the previous declaration provision and in effect
immediately before the commencement has effect on and from the commencement as
if it were a declaration made under section 67B.
(2) In this section—
"commencement" means the commencement of this section.
"previous declaration provision" means the Transport Operations (TransLink
Transit Authority) Act 2008 , section 47 as in force before the commencement.
