191 Application of ch 11, pt 4C
(1) Chapter 11, part 4C does not apply to an act of violence committed by a
person before the commencement of this section.
(2) Chapter 11, part 4C does
not apply in relation to an infringement notice served on a person before the
commencement of this section.
