Concessions under a service contract
51 Concessions under a service contract
(1) A service contract may require the holder to provide a concession to a
class of persons.
(2) If— (a) a standard service contract requires the
holder to provide a concession to a class of persons; and
(b) subsection (3)
does not apply;
the contract must provide for the State to reimburse the
holder for the concession.
(3) If a standard service contract requires the
holder to provide a concession to a class of persons prescribed by regulation,
the contract may provide for the State to reimburse the holder for the
concession.
