TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (PASSENGER TRANSPORT) ACT 1994 - SECT 91K
Issuing or refusing booked hire service licence
(1) A regulation may provide for issuing, or refusing to issue,
booked hire service licences.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a
regulation may— (a) state the circumstances in which the chief executive may
refuse to issue a person a booked hire service licence; and
(b) provide for
the form and contents of a booked hire service licence.
