168D Contracting out in relation to prescribed dangerous goods vehicles etc.
prohibited
A contract or agreement relating to a prescribed dangerous goods vehicle or
the transport of dangerous goods is void to the extent to which it—
(a) is
contrary to this Act; or
(b) purports to exclude, limit or otherwise change
the effect of a provision of this Act.
