Remedial action notices
218 Remedial action notices
(1) This section applies if a remedial action notice was validly given to a
person under section 50A before the commencement of this section and the
person had not complied with the notice before the commencement.
(2) The
remedial action notice is taken to be an improvement notice validly given to
the person under chapter 5A, part 5.
(3) The remedial action notice that is
taken to be an improvement notice is subject to the same conditions that were
applicable to the remedial action notice.
