Dealing with forfeited things
44 Dealing with forfeited things
(1) On the forfeiture of a thing— (a) it becomes the State’s property; and
(b) it may be dealt with as the chief executive or commissioner considers
appropriate.
(2) The chief executive or commissioner must not deal with the
thing until any review of, or appeal against, the decision to forfeit the
thing is decided.
