VEGETATION MANAGEMENT ACT 1999 - SECT 19J

19J When management plan stops having effect

A management plan for a declared area has effect until the earlier of the following happens—

(a) the plan ends under its terms;

(b) the declaration of the area as a declared area ends under section 19L .
