Appointment and qualifications of authorised officers
24 Appointment and qualifications of authorised officers
(1) The chief executive may appoint a person as an authorised officer.
(2)
The chief executive may appoint a person as an authorised officer only if the
chief executive is satisfied the person has the necessary expertise or
experience to be an authorised officer.
