VEGETATION MANAGEMENT ACT 1999 - SECT 53
Failure to certify copy of document
53 Failure to certify copy of document
(1) A person of whom a document certification requirement is made must comply
with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
(2) It is a reasonable
excuse for an individual not to comply if doing so might tend to incriminate
the individual or expose the individual to a penalty.
