VEGETATION MANAGEMENT ACT 1999 - SECT 65

65 Appointments and authority

It is not necessary to prove—

(a) the chief executive’s appointment; or

(b) an authorised officer’s appointment; or

(c) the authority of the chief executive or an authorised officer to do anything under this Act.
