WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 105A
Non-scheme employer must give notice to Regulator
105A Non-scheme employer must give notice to Regulator
(1) The non-scheme employer must, by written notice, tell the Regulator that
the non-scheme employer has become a non-scheme employer.
(2) The non-scheme
employer must give the notice to the Regulator within 5 business days after
receiving notice that it has been granted a licence under the
Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (Cwlth) , part VIII.
(3) The
non-scheme employer must also tell the Regulator the exit date.
