WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 147
Worker can not receive more than if injury had not been sustained
147 Worker can not receive more than if injury had not been sustained
(1) A
worker must not receive an amount under this part that is more than the worker
would have received from the worker’s employment if the worker were at work
and the injury had not been sustained.
(2) Subsection (1) has effect despite
any other provision of this part.
