WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 393
Reserve power of Minister to direct that asset not be disposed of
393 Reserve power of Minister to direct that asset not be disposed of
(1)
The Minister may, after consultation with WorkCover’s board, give the board
a written direction requiring WorkCover not to dispose of a specified asset.
(2) The board must ensure that the direction is complied with.
(3) The
Minister must cause a copy of the direction to be published in the gazette
within 21 days after it is given.
