"Suitable duties" , in relation to a worker, are work duties for which the
worker is suited having regard to the following matters—
(a) the nature of the worker’s incapacity and pre-injury employment;
(b) relevant medical information;
(c) the rehabilitation and return to work plan for the worker as developed under section 221 ;
(d) the provisions of the employer’s workplace rehabilitation policy and procedures;
(e) the worker’s age, education, skills and work experience;
(f) if duties are available at a location (the
"other location" ) other than the location in which the worker was injured—whether it is reasonable to expect the worker to attend the other location;
(g) any other relevant matters.
