Reference about worker’s level of dependency
506 Reference about worker’s level of dependency
(1) On a reference to a
tribunal under section 500 (1) (f) , the tribunal must decide the worker’s
level of dependency.
(2) The tribunal must decide the worker’s level of
dependency in the way prescribed under a regulation.
