WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 524
Copy of search warrant to be given to person with management or control of place
524 Copy of search warrant to be given to person with management or control of
place
(1) If the person who has or appears to have management or control of
a place is present at the place when a search warrant is being executed, the
authorised person must— (a) identify himself or herself to that person by
producing his or her identity card for inspection; and
(b) give that person a
copy of the execution copy of the warrant.
(2) In this section—
"execution copy" includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 522 (5) .
