WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 532K
Costs of investigation
532K Costs of investigation
(1) This section applies if a person is
convicted by a court of an offence against this Act.
(2) The court may order
the person to pay to the Regulator or WorkCover the reasonable costs of any
investigation about the offence, including reasonable costs of preparing for
the prosecution.
(3) This section does not limit the orders for costs the
court may make on the conviction.
