Decision about payment of compensation
566 Decision about payment of compensation
(1) This section applies if the
industrial commission or the industrial court decides that an insurer is not
liable to make payments of compensation to a person.
(2) The person who
received compensation is not required to refund payment to the insurer.
(3)
Subsection (2) is subject to section 537 .
