WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 584A
Reviews of workers’ compensation scheme
(1) The Minister must ensure
a review of the operation of the workers’ compensation scheme is completed
at least once in every 5 year period.
(2) The Minister must prepare a report
about the outcome of the review and, as soon as practicable after the review
is completed, table the report in the Legislative Assembly.
(3) The first
review under this section must be completed no later than 30 June 2013.
