Preserved employment conditions
595 Preserved employment conditions
(1) A transferred person is taken to be
employed by the Authority on the same conditions of employment, including
salary, as applied to the person immediately before the transfer.
(2) A
person employed by the Authority who is not a transferred person is to be
employed on the same conditions of employment, including salary, as a
transferred person.
