731 Requirement for employment to be significant contributing factor to
psychiatric or psychological disorder
(1) New section 32 applies in relation
to a psychiatric or psychological disorder only if the injury to which the
disorder relates was sustained by a worker after the commencement.
(2) Former
section 32 continues to apply in relation to a psychiatric or psychological
disorder if the injury to which the disorder relates was sustained by a worker
before the commencement.
