Documents that must be kept by local government self-insurers
93A Documents that must be kept by local government self-insurers
If a local government self-insurer’s licence covers councillors, section 93
applies to the self-insurer as if a reference in section 93 (1) (a) to a
worker were a reference to a councillor.
