WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 - SECT 134

134 Issue of WHS entry permit

(1) The industrial registrar may issue a WHS entry permit to a person if the industrial registrar has taken into account the matters in section 132 and is satisfied about the matters in section 133 .

(2) A person dissatisfied with the decision of the industrial registrar may appeal under the Industrial Relations Act 2016 , chapter 11 , part 6 .
