WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 - SECT 229

229 Application for external review

(1) An eligible person may apply to the external review body for a review (an
"external review" ) of—

(a) a reviewable decision made by the regulator; or

(b) a decision made, or taken to have been made, on an internal review.

(2) A review by QCAT is provided for under the QCAT Act .
