WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 - SECT 296

296 Prohibition notice preserved

(1) This section applies to a direction or prohibition notice given by an inspector under the repealed Act, section 118 and in force immediately before the repeal.

(2) The direction or prohibition notice continues in force, and may be enforced under the repealed Act, section 118 (4) , as if the repealed Act had not been repealed.
